Different music videos fit under different genres depending on the track. Genres of music determine the genre of the video which ultimately sells the song and the artist, categorising themselves into a distinctive style. Homage music videos refer to other events with in the song and take inspiration from other elements of media like films or even literature- these could be seen as tributes and songs out of respect. They could link to important events that actually happened. Proof Of Editing
We edited most of our final video at Ben Field's house however our draft videos were edited individually at school. I believe that when we edited as a group it was more successful and we were able to discus how to conform to the genre more in depth. Both scenarios of making our draft and our final piece we used Adobe Premier Pro.
